Conference History:

The conference is the seventh in a row, following earlier conferences organised in Greenwich, London, UK (2003, 2005, 2007), Kavala, Greece (2004), Adelaide, Australia (2006) and Nagpur, India (2008).

Accommodation

Participants will be housed in single en-suite rooms in the University’s Cutty Sark or Davenport Halls of Residence (about ten minute walk from the venue of the conference), in Southeast London.

Registration with accommodation option is open until 01 July 2009.

Late registration is available for “conference only” (i.e. without accommodation option in the University Residence Halls), with an additional £30 fee charge.

Below is a list of hotels and BBs in the vicinity of the University for participants who may decide to book accommodation themselves, as well as for late prospective participants (post-01 July registration).

All accepted participants will receive information on accommodation and other technical issues with the acceptance letter.

In order to take part in all the social events offered by the Conference, prospective participants are recommended to arrive on Wednesday 22 and depart on Sunday 26 July 2009.
